Terms of Service
Last updated: June 27, 2026
1. About ClickSorcery
ClickSorcery is a desktop software application developed and operated by Wicmath OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code: 12189863).
By purchasing, downloading, or using ClickSorcery, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
2. The Product
ClickSorcery is a one-time-purchase desktop application that provides an AI agent platform ("Jerry" and associated agents) to help users plan, organize, and execute tasks and projects.
ClickSorcery does not host, run, or control the AI models used by the application. Depending on your setup choice, AI processing happens either:
- Cloud Commander: via your own API key with a third-party AI provider of your choice (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, DeepInfra, or Groq)
- Local Supercomputer: entirely on your own computer via Ollama, with no data leaving your device
ClickSorcery uses OpenClaw — an open-source AI agent runtime that runs on your computer and coordinates all agent activity. OpenClaw makes API calls to your chosen AI provider using your own API keys. You are responsible for your API keys, any usage limits or cost controls you set with your provider, and any charges incurred through OpenClaw's use of those keys. ClickSorcery is not liable for API costs arising from agent activity.
3. Local Data and Memory (Obsidian Vault)
ClickSorcery automatically creates a local data vault on your device (the "Obsidian Vault") — a structured folder where all agent memory, learned information, project files, and business data you provide to agents are stored as local files.
This data is stored on your device only. ClickSorcery does not transmit the contents of your Obsidian Vault to its own servers.
You are responsible for:
- Backing up your Obsidian Vault — ClickSorcery is not liable for data loss due to device failure, deletion, or any other cause
- Securing your device and vault — we recommend disk encryption and regular off-device backups
- Any personal data of third parties (such as clients or employees) you store in the vault — you are the data controller for that information under applicable law, including GDPR; ClickSorcery is the tool, not the processor
- Ensuring a secure transfer when moving your vault to another device, as permitted under your license
4. License
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ClickSorcery on one device at a time, identified by your license key. You may transfer your license to a new device by activating it there (this deactivates the previous device).
This is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription fee for the core ClickSorcery Pro license.
5. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period ends, continued use requires purchasing a license.
6. Payment and Refunds
The current Pro license price is shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Because you can fully evaluate ClickSorcery during the 7-day free trial before purchasing, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after purchase, except where required by applicable law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software except as permitted by law
- Use ClickSorcery to violate any applicable law or the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect (e.g. Telegram, email providers, AI APIs)
- Resell or sublicense your license key
8. Agent Actions and User Responsibility
ClickSorcery allows AI agents to take actions on your behalf — such as sending messages, creating content, or using connected integrations — based on permissions you configure. Actions classified as high-risk require your explicit approval before they are executed.
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving any agent action before it is carried out, particularly high-risk actions
- The consequences of permissions you grant and actions you approve
- The accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any information, knowledge, or instructions you provide to agents — ClickSorcery is not responsible for agent outputs that result from incomplete, incorrect, or misleading inputs
- Monitoring agent behavior and revoking permissions if unexpected behavior occurs
9. Third-Party Services
ClickSorcery may integrate with third-party services (Telegram, email providers, AI model providers, etc.) that you choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or actions of third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
ClickSorcery is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wicmath OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ClickSorcery, including but not limited to actions taken by AI agents, costs incurred from third-party API usage, data loss (including loss of Obsidian Vault contents), or outcomes resulting from information you provided to agents.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ClickSorcery after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
